We had an issue with gnats from plants. They were everywhere! As soon as we started using this, we saw a significant decrease in gnats, they were gone. Recently, I started seeing some and I got suspicious, well we forgot to plug it back up when we used the socket for it. I plugged it back in and thankfully they're gone. Works great to catch the small gnats and other bugs that get in the house from general entering/exiting. Easy to change the pad and the first few days had to change every other day but can now go weeks between changes based on the number of bugs trapped. Bought a second one I liked it so much.
